Product Overview
A women's two-piece set developed from a reference product: a double-layer check tank top and a low-rise wide leg trouser, built around the same check fabric.
What the reference shows
A set of two pieces. The tank is built in two layers, with a fine check outer layer over a solid inner layer, a square neckline finished with lace trim, wide fixed shoulder straps and a scalloped hem. The trouser sits low on the waist, folds over in the same check fabric as a double-layer waistband and falls in a wide straight leg to the floor with a centre front seam. The reference shows a chocolate check colourway and a wine colourway.

Double-layer check tank
The top is made in two layers so the check outer layer reads as a separate shell over the plain inner layer at the neckline and the hem, which is the construction a development team would spec first.
Lace trim and scalloped hem
A lace edge finishes the square neckline and the hem is cut in a soft scallop, so the top reads as a matched set piece rather than a plain training tank.
Fold-over check waistband
The trouser waistband is a double-layer fold-over in the same check fabric, which puts the pattern on the waist and keeps the leg plain.
Low rise with a wide straight leg
The trouser sits low on the waist and drops in a wide straight leg to the floor, with a centre front seam that holds the line of the leg.

Check size, repeat and the colour of the outer layer and the plain ground can be matched to your artwork or colour card.
Lace and neckline development
Lace width and pattern, neckline shape and strap width can be developed; the lace can also be moved to the hem or removed for a cleaner finish.
Fit and waistband development
Waist height, fold-over depth, leg width, leg length and the centre front seam can be adjusted to your own block and size grading.
Sampling checkpoints
Before bulk we check the layer alignment of the tank at the neckline and the hem, lace placement and stitch quality, fold-over waistband depth and tension, leg width and length against the approved spec, centre front seam straightness, and colour against the approved lab dip.
